Here are some of the common questions we get asked by our customers:
How are the tests carried out?
Aside from urinalysis and the physical examinations, our tests are carried out using a small finger prick blood sample which is then analysed for the relevant substances and antibody reactions.
How long will it take for results?
All results are usually analysed within 2-3 days and we then book you in for the follow up as soon as possible to discuss your results.
What happens when I get the results?
Once your results are back we will book a follow up appointment to give you your results and discuss with them with you in detail to best provide advice of any dietary/ lifestyle changes that need to be made and answer any questions you may have.In extenuating circumstances, we can post results to you and do the follow up over the phone.
